Chef Arundeep Singh
A commerce graduate turned passionate baker, I initially ventured into the cement business for nine years, facing challenges. In 2014, I found my true calling by winning "Sanjeev Kapoor ke Kitchen Khiladi," earning the title "King of Cakes." The journey continued with a Silver Medal at IFCA in 2017 for a stunning 3-tier wedding cake. Recognized as the Best Home Baker in 2017 by the Chefs Association of Five Rivers, I now proudly contribute as a member of the Indian Culinary Forum and Chefs Association of Five Rivers in Punjab. From commerce to cakes, my story is one of resilience and dedication to the art of baking.
Chef Karanveer Singh
I graduated with a 1st Division in B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from NCHMCT in 2020. Since then, I've served as the Head Patisserie Chef at Cake A Licious, Amritsar. Growing up in a culinary environment, I developed a passion for baking from a young age, influenced by my grandmother's cooking classes. The "Like Father Like Son" adage resonates with me as I navigate the baking profession. Achievements include a Silver Position for Cake Decoration and a Gold Position for Mocktails at India International Hospitality Expo 2019. I secured the 2nd position at Star Baker by Chandigarh Group of Colleges and the JURY CHEF AWARD at IIHM's Young Chef India Schools 2016, featured on NDTV Goodtimes. Additionally, one of my recipes was published in "Recipes of SUPER CHEFS 2016" by Dietician Shreya. In 2018, I completed a 17-week industrial training at the luxury ITC Maurya Hotel in New Delhi.

Our founder Chef Arundeep Singh, a dedicated confectionary artist, envisioned a bakery where creativity and taste harmoniously danced on every cake layer. From humble beginnings in a small kitchen to the bustling storefront we proudly call home today, Cake-A-Licious has remained committed to delivering not just desserts, but moments of pure joy.
